Jewish Time Jump:  New York is a mobile, place-based Augmented Reality game, simulation, and interactive story in the form of a situated documentary.  It runs on the ARIS platform for iPhone and iPad.

Working as a reporter for the Jewish Time Jump Gazette, the player is tasked by their Editor with traveling back through time, to Greenwich Village, New York of the early 1900s.

Bring the adventure of Jewish Time Jump: New York to Jewish learners in your home and community.

Educators can work with ConverJent in New York to arrange an on-location game day, or individuals can play on their own. Tourists can play while visiting New York. JCCs and synagogues outside of New York can play on trips to New York, or simulate the location by creating QR codes.

Jewish Time Jump: New York is currently available for on-site GPS play in New York City only. It requires an iPhone 4G or an iPad 4G. The QR code version for off-site play is forthcoming.

For information on running the game for your school, organization, or yourself — for play on location in NYC, email ConverJent with your name, contact information, organization, school, or if you just want to play yourself. Tell us about how you would like to use the game, so we can tailor our response to your needs.
